What types of payments do you accept?

What are the hosting requirements?
Our plugins require a minimum of WordPress version 3.4.2, MySQL 5 and PHP 5 in order to function properly. Please note that these plugins are not compatible with the WordPress.com hosted service.
Can I install this plugin on my WordPress.com website?
Unfortunately our plugins can only be installed on a self-hosted installation of WordPress, not a WordPress.com-hosted website.

Can I purchase a Personal or Business license now and upgrade to a Business or Ultimate license later?
Yes you can! Simply purchase the upgraded license and we’ll refund the original purchase price to you. Just submit a request for the refund.
How much does it cost to renew my license?
You can quickly and easily renew your license at a discounted price within 60 days of your expiration date. A Business or Ultimate license renewal is 50% off the standard price. A Personal license is 25% off the standard price.

You’ll also receive new features and enhancements as their added. Don’t worry, you’ll be able to renew at a discounted rate and you won’t be billed automatically.
Will my plugin stop working when my license expires?
Nope! It should work just fine unless WordPress makes a major change to their core. However, if you purchase a package with 1 year of support and updates, you’ll need to renew to continue getting support and automatic updates.
